The Opportunity

This is an exciting new opportunity to work closely with our newly appointed CEO. This is a unique chance to shape this position and truly make it your own. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and planning support to the CEO and will own the leadership of a team of Office Experience Managers.


Key Accountabilities


Executive Assistance

Provide all administrative and secretarial support to the CEO including:

  • Calendar management and some personal matters;
  • Travel arrangements including itineraries;
  • Take and prepare minutes / action plans;
  • Draft internal and external correspondence on behalf of Executive;
  • Prepare and distribute reports;
  • Develop and maintain record management systems.
  • Deal with day-to-day operational issues and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organise meetings, functions, conferences as required.
  • Review and prioritisation of inbound emails on behalf of Executive ensuring priority communications are raised and actioned appropriately.
  • Assist with meeting preparation including relevant research and preparation of background material etc.
  • Produce presentations and assist with management reports (including Board paper submissions).
  • Liaison with external and internal stakeholders including clients, members of the Executive Team and their EAs.
  • Timely and accurate timesheet submission and approval.
  • Prepare and submit expense claims.


Leadership

  • Management and support of the team of Office Experience Managers responsible for office management including the delivery of a variety of day-to-day functions to ensure professional and enjoyable office experiences.
  • Coordinate external and internal initiatives and projects that help fuel NRI’s growth, culture, and connection.
  • Support the seamless execution of events and employee initiatives, in accordance with brand and marketing directions and objectives.
