The Opportunity


Ready to make an immediate impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and pro-active Executive Assistant to join Sigma Healthcare to provide administration support for our CEO/Managing Director.


The role is the key point of contact for the CEO and will require an individual who is adept at multi-tasking, is detail orientated and highly organised. This role requires an individual who can anticipate future needs and deliver effective solutions with efficiency.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Diary, travel and email management including the coordination of relevant documentation through efficient planning
  • The creation of documents including presentations to a high standard,, ensuring accuracy of text and figures within the required timeframe,
  • Relaying internal and external information to and on behalf of the CEO and the Senior Leadership team, as required
  • Ensuring effective screening of email, phone calls and mail including timely responses or appropriate redirection where required,
  • Managing ad hoc and regular annual events, locating suitable venue and negotiating proposal and costings, planning events in conjunction with key stakeholders and liaising with function staff to ensure all aspects are well managed on event day
  • Coordinating procurement and expense management.
  • Assisting the Senior Leadership Team with general administrative duties as required.



We are looking for:

Significant experience in Executive Assistant positions within a listed business supporting executive level management and leadership teams

  • Skilled in managing relationships with senior management, and through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
  • Ability to conduct research, assemble and interpret data to prepare reports, documents, email communications, meeting agendas and presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
