Hours: Full-time, rotational roster
Start Date: January 2025
Pay rate: $35.86 per hour

Your new role
In the banking call centre, you will be the main point of contact for customers, handling high-volume inbound calls and addressing various banking enquiries while adhering to compliance guidelines. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Must be friendly, polite, and genuinely passionate about helping customers.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of phone calls.
Adhering to start and finish times as being the first point of contact for customers is crucial.
Quick on the calls, a go-getter, and proactive in resolving customer issues.
High attention to detail and active listening skills are essential.
