About the role:

We are looking for a professional, friendly, multi-skilled individual to join us as our Finance and Business Manager to guide and help customers through their finance applications when they buy their car. You will be assisting customers navigate finance options at the time of check-out and will be screening and assessing customers to find them the best finance option while providing exceptional customer experience throughout the process.

The role is based at our Laverton North location, 5 days a week including Saturdays.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a finance consultant / broker / business manager, preferably in Asset Finance or car dealerships
  • Cert IV in financial services (good to have) or equivalent and / or relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Assessing customers' needs, creditworthiness and affordability using data shared by customers and from credit agencies
  • Provide exceptional multi-channel (calls, emails) assistance to our customers through their finance application using your deep knowledge of car loan products
  • Acting as a liaison between lenders and customers to help customers navigate through declines or requests for more information from lenders
  • Acting as trusted advisor to customers looking to purchase other ancillary products such as Extended Warranty and tinting from Cars24
  • Passion and go-getter attitude to achieve strong customer outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain and resolve queries regarding financial products to customers
  • Proven customer service background with experience in both inbound and outbound calls to customers
  • Flexibility to work with new and changing technology platforms
  • Attention to detail to make sure all I's are dotted and T's are crossed in the entire customer loan journey
  • Be prepared to undergo a police and background check
