Finance Business Partner

The Company

Our client is a premium retailer of fresh produce with multiple stores across Victoria. The business has built their reputation around providing convenient, quality food, at affordable prices, using the highest quality of produce.

The Role

Reporting into the Group Director, as the Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for management accounting, management reporting, as well as providing accurate and detailed analysis to help drive key decision-making for the business.

Other responsibilities include:

• Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely information to management
• Monitor cashflow and company assets, providing regular report
• Shop and Departmental performance reporting
• CVP (cost volume profit) analysis
• Inventory management
• Cost Allocation
• Labour budgeting
• Trend analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow planning and management
• Business partnering with key stakeholders
• Provide ad hoc support to owners as required.

Skills and Experience

• Ideally CA or CPA Qualified
• 5 + years in similar role, ideally within Retail or perishable items
• High level of financial analysis skills and commercial acumen
• Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders
