About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team, based at either Yarraville or Scoresby. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager – Commercial, you will lead the delivery of accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making across CSR.
Key Responsibilities
Business partnering
Decision support, in line with strategic direction for the business, across retail, sales and logistics
Lead improvements to business processes and reporting efficiencies
Monthly Reporting And Oversight
Oversee month-end reviews, ensuring timely reporting and data integrity.
Monitor financial controls to ensure sound corporate governance
What You Bring To The Role
CA or CPA qualified
5 years plus of relevant leadership experience.
Excellent communication, ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
SAP / Microsoft systems knowledge (preferred)
Manufacturing, building and construction industry experience (preferred).
Collaborative and solutions focused behavioural style.
Thinks creatively, manages risks and takes an analytical approach
