Financial Accountant

A Financial Accountant is required initially on a temporary basis to support the group function.

Your new role

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will support the ANZ accounting function, across the various divisions. Duties include:

• Financial management, control & reporting
  
• Support the month-end process, accruals / prepayments
  
• Balance sheet reconciliations ensuring compliance with IFRS
  
• Reviewing vendor payment transactions
  
• Ad-hoc analysis / inquisitive mindset
  
• Taxation compliance
  
• Partner and maintain strong working relationships with shared services
  

What you'll need to succeed

• CA or CPA qualification
  
• Understanding of a controlling role in a global company (manufacturing / engineering experience would be advantageous)
  
• Excellent month-end statutory accounting
  
• Use of SAP (or similar and Power BI)
