What You’ll Do

Risk Leadership

• Develop and implement our risk management framework
• Lead cross-functional risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Stay ahead of emerging risks and regulatory changes

Quality Excellence

• Oversee quality assurance programs that exceed industry standards
• Lead audits, improve processes, and drive customer-focused outcomes
• Embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Strategic Impact

• Partner with senior leaders to shape long-term strategies
• Report directly to the Managing Director on risk and quality performance
• Lead data-driven insights to inform organisational growth

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in risk management, quality assurance, or a similar role
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and quality methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• A collaborative mindset to foster organisational change
