Responsibilities Of The Role

What we do can’t be neatly packaged into a position description. By joining our team, you will be asked to:

• Solve complex problems by asking the “so what” and joining the dots.
• Provide sound advice using data-based analysis to inform decisions and shape the bigger picture.
• Drive the delivery of outputs and shared outcomes hand-in-hand with the clients you serve
• Guide stakeholders along a journey they may find uncomfortable and overwhelming at times.
• Join a team of generalists and technical experts who may approach tasks from differing angles.
• You will be open to Traveling, Between our office locations.

The Qualities We Look For In Our People Are

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• A positive attitude and enthusiastic energy.
• The ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Resilience in the face of a challenge.
• A background in internal audit, risk management or assurance, ideally within government.
  
  

Consulting experience in the following industries:

• Victorian Government
• Defence
• Federal Government
  
  

Eligibility

• Must be an Australian citizen.
• Must have the ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
