Spotlight Group is seeking a talented Property Management Accountant to provide administrative and accounting support as well as assist with day-to-day tasks and projects, invoice workflows & month-end/year-end accounting procedures, annual property budgets and property outgoings procedures.

What You'll Do
Oversee the monthly P&L for Australian and NZ properties
Analyse financial performance and provide insightful commentary
Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly BAS/GST
Conduct monthly general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with year-end tenant outgoings and outgoings audits
Support commercial tendering processes with data and insights
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive change
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
Demonstrate strong leadership and a commitment to SPG's values
What You'll Bring
Must have proven experience in property accounting
Strong knowledge of Australian and NZ tax and compliance
Proficiency in ERP systems (Yardi preferred)
Advanced analytical skills and commercial acumen
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to mentor and lead team members
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
CA/CPA qualified or in progress
