Are you an organised and proactive individual eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic company? We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Melbourne team. This pivotal role is essential to our operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently every day!
What You’ll Do
- Office Support and Reception: Provide essential office support and manage front office duties - make everyone feel welcome.
- Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with interstate and international offices on various items, including shipping and logistics.
- Database Management: Manage databases and records using software programs like SharePoint and Monday.com.
- Office Management: Oversee tenancy, office equipment, supplies, and facilities management.
- Building Tenancy: Act as the main conduit between CardioScan and building management.
- HR Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding, in collaboration with the HR team.
- Intranet Administration: Serve as the administrator of our internal intranet.
- Internal Communications: Support internal communications (HR, company updates, milestones, wins) through various Microsoft Teams channels.
- Program Support: Support in the coordination of exciting internal programs and initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Assist with events such as the annual Christmas celebration, EOFY event, monthly birthdays, internal and external events, and team/company-wide lunches.
- Administrative Tasks: Engage in various administrative tasks and projects to actively build your career with CardioScan.
- Type: Full-time, permanent role
- Location: Camberwell offices
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
- A driven self-starter, who can work both autonomously and with direction.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational & time management skills.
- Collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultures to support CardioScan’s global team.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies and software products ((SharePoint, Monday.com experience highly advantageous).
- A hands-on approach to get the job done.
- Positive ‘Can do’ attitude, a commitment to teamwork and enthusiasm to help others.
- Enjoys a variety of tasks and is flexible and adaptive to changing workloads, deadlines, and developments.
- A mindset of continuous improvement to challenge current practice and add value.
