Company information


Construction group based with office and factory in Braeside. Currently around 50 staff over two companies and we are looking for an experienced Office manger who is confident in been able to track both companies across the Xero platform.



Role Description


This is a full time role for an office manger at our Braeside office. The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing and managing day to day office administration tasks as well as bookkeeping tasks. They must be highly proficient in using accounting software Xero and confident to be able to work in with the company’s management platform Buildertrend on which budgets are set and tracked against.


Qualifications


.Financial statements ,Bookkeeping, reporting and journal entering skills on Xero

. Experience with accounting software Xero

.knowledge of financial principles.

.Attention to detail and accuracy.

.Strong organisation skills.

.Abilty to work independent and as part of a

team
