The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team. This pivotal role will drive both customer satisfaction and sales growth, delivering a premium experience across all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to guide purchasing decisions.
- Drive sales growth across full-price collections and promotional ranges.
- Optimise sales processes to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
- Build a customer-first service framework to ensure fast, reliable, and brand-aligned support.
- Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, providing tailored solutions.
- Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring timely resolutions for post-purchase inquiries.
- Act as the customer advocate within the business, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate across marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams to align on customer needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Use insights to refine strategies and enhance the overall customer journey.
Experience
- 4+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in customer service or management roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms and CRM systems preferred.
- Fashion, luxury, or bridal industry experience highly desirable.
