The Production Accountant Placement, part of the 60Forty Films and Werner Film Productions Victorian Trainee Programme, and supported by Screen Careers, is your chance to take your career to new heights.

This mid-career role offers an incredible opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team, including the Financial Controller and Supervising Production Accountant. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing cost reports, payroll, and payments, all while contributing to a dynamic production environment that values innovation, precision, and teamwork.

↳ Payment Oversight: Process production-related payments promptly and accurately, ensuring all financial obligations are met.

↳ Payroll Management: Administer payroll across various departments, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

↳ Cost Reporting: Prepare detailed, accurate cost reports that provide valuable insights to guide production financial decisions.

💡 What We’re Looking For

↳ Proven expertise as a production accountant or a financial manager in a similar capacity.

↳ Exceptional focus on accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.

↳ Composed and effective in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

↳ Highly skilled at prioritising tasks and managing competing demands efficiently.
