About the role

As a Property Analyst at Vicinity Centres, you will play a key role in analysing and reporting on the performance of our diverse property portfolio. With a focus on the Accounting/Analysis & Reporting function, this full-time position is based at our Chadstone, VIC office and will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic decision-making of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare comprehensive property performance analysis and reporting, including financial modelling, trend analysis and ad-hoc reporting
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations
• Support the property management team by providing insightful data analysis and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools to drive efficiency
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar property analysis or reporting role
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with property management software and systems an advantage
