Our client

Numbers Executive is pleased to support a large, diversified institution with the appointment of a Senior Analyst, Business Development & Strategy to their Corporate Development team. A key support to a new, exciting and innovative growth strategy, the Senior Analyst will design and implement business development initiatives to support commercial investment and development projects.

The opportunity

Playing a key role in the ideation and implementation of business development initiatives, the Senior Analyst will provide strategic guidance and develop processes to identify, manage, and facilitate complex commercial transactions and partnerships. The Senior Analyst will also manage a pipeline of business development opportunities by conducting research, due diligence, and prospecting activities. As part of a broader transaction team, the Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to support transaction execution workstreams. Working within a dynamic, multidimensional team, the Senior Analyst will collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments and external advisors, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.

Required skills and experience

Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline, it is likely the successful candidate will have also completed (or partially completed) postgraduate studies in business or finance. Furthermore, applicants will demonstrate experience designing and implementing strategic initiatives either in a consulting capacity or within a corporate environment. A strong strategic outlook, commercial acumen and process orientation will be critical to the success of the Senior Analyst in this role. Prior experience developing investment and commercial frameworks without internal precedent will be viewed favourably.
