Our Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) team, is at the forefront of technology and innovation to help our clients imagine their business, solve the most complex business and technology problems and help them accelerate their transformational journey. What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager / Senior Manager within our technology practice, you will provide exceptional client experiences leading teams in applying our methodologies to deliver our core services.

As a leader and role model, expect to:

• Build strong trusted client relationships through daily interaction with senior clients to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Analyse and understand our client’s business problems to advise and apply innovative and practical solutions
• Drive innovative designs for our clients
• Lead teams to deliver services in line with expected quality and financial expectations
• Foster and promote an environment of inclusion
• Structure, drive and work in highly collaborative environments
• Manage day to day management of your teams including their professional development
• Consult with Deloitte leadership and broader Deloitte network
• Build out your area of expertise through development of market eminence and internal coaching.
• Manage and enhance architecture best practices, standards, patterns and reference architectures to design for the given domain

You are someone with 6+ years' experience in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment. In this role you will take responsibility for shaping, leading and delivering added value through technology advisory and consulting architecture experience. We expect applicants to have a degree of experience in the following areas:

• Ability to relate business problems to the technology teams and communicate how technology provides business solutions in effective, concise and informative nature
• Experience delivering high quality, creative and insightful technology advice
• Experience and knowledge of industry leading technologies and their practical application to solve client problems
• Prior IT Advisory experience within a Consulting environment or context with expertise or knowledge in one or more industry sector such as financial services, government, consumer business, telecommunications, utilities, mining, energy etc.
• Experience managing clients, complex projects, drive business requirements gathering, managing scope and client expectations
• Passionate about IT Strategy, Innovation and Emerging Technologies
• Actively maintain your technology currency
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing architecture governance including but not limited to meta-models, architecture review boards, framework customisation and defining architecture principles and guardrails
• Experience with various architecture and delivery methods (TOGAF, SAFe, Agile, DDD etc)
• Certification in TOGAF (or other architecture methodologies) or ITIL, SAFe methodologies (preferred)
• Experience or architect certifications in major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience using Enterprise Architecture Tools like Hopex, iServer, Sparx, LeanIX etc.
• Proficient in architecture methods, patterns and principles
