Are you an organised, motivated individual with strong communication skills? We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our Injury Management team based out in Melbourne. This role is to support the Injury Management Specialists and Advisors with internal functions.


No prior experience in injury management is required – we are seeking someone who is eager to grow into this role and able to assist the team with coordination and administrative tasks.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Support the Injury Management team with documentation including collating employment documentation, liaise with stakeholders, notify insurers of new injuries as required by Legislation
  • Manage compensation payments including liaise with pay office to ensure payment made in timely manner, calculate compensation adjustments, claims with insurers, reconcile insurer payments, and provide monthly reporting to Finance Managers.
  • System Management including managing data quality using Injury Management System Team (Solv), develop system tools to enable efficiencies


Qualifications, Skills And Experience:


  • Proven ability to work within multi-disciplined teams
  • Multi-tasker and committed to achieving deadlines
  • High level communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong analytical ability and high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Customer Service focus (Internal and External)

Other Requirements:


  • Must have Drivers License
  • Location: Primarily based in Melbourne (West Swanson Terminal) but can potentially be offered in Sydney depending on availability
