Nice very clean hotel but small room and no room service. Location pretty good near to a lot of restaurants and the palladium mall.

Management does hide behind the employees. Despite multiple attempts to contact them to discuss a stay, they would not talk to the guests. Very unprofessional. Prague has better hotels with higher degree of hospitality.

All was good. The drunk naked guy started to hit the door on our floor at 8 am. But that’s ok😅

I drove to Prague so, their underground parking was helpful. Hard to find parking otherwise. Location is good, really centralized. You’re surrounded by all the attractions you’d want to see in Prague.

Nearby the bus and tram station. It was a little bit small room.

Nice hotel where it can reach all historical places

The hotel was nice and clean, in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good location and good services. Restaurants and cafe nearby. 10mins walk to the old town square and other attractions.

The reception staff were nice and friendly but the room was ultra small without any reasonable view. We probably received the worst room in the hotel as it was completely not sound isolated and again ultra small.
