Amazing stay at this resort. The staff were amazing, the food was great, especially from the argentinean restaurant. Would come again!

The best hotel i have ever stayed. Choose all-inclusive option. The pool is spacious and the hotel ambiance is rather chill and relaxing, which I really liked. The staffs are very attentive. There's a drinking water station/purifier at every floor and you can refill the water bottle - this was the best part of the stay. Had an amazing time!! Highly recommended.

The experience is find, therefore I’m here to wrote this comment. If that wasn’t I will never be writing this again and again. I’m just looking forward to have an other wonderful stay. But, there is no AC no AC no AC.

The room is nice. There is a DJ in the swimming pool and the atmosphere is also good in the afternoon

The level has dropped from last year to this year. Less staff and a lot of disaster.

Queues at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Few free sunbeds. Beach towels are running out quickly. Lobby bar with slow and arrogant service. Bars open after 11 o'clock. Pros: delicious food, large selection of cocktails. Panoramic pool on the 8th floor. Spacious and comfortable room.

Had an amazing 3 night stay with my husband, you are really well looked after here. Food is absolutely delicious and the cocktails are fantastic everytime. We got an amazing upgrade to a lovely suite which really made the break perfect. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, hopefully be returning next year

From the check in to the check out everything was perfect! I would like to thank the Butler team ( signature level package) for their help during my stay! The bartender from the rooftop for her, just, amazing margarita, :-) I had the occasion to eat at every restaurant offered in the hotel, and my only thing to say, is continue like this :-)

Amazing place. My name is Jonathan Comsa. My wife and I are just back. We have been coming to Ibiza for many years and this place is the best. Nothing can be faulted. Amazing clean hotel. Great food. Great cocktails. Lovely helpful staff. Big shout out to the butler team. Very helpful staff. Sorted us a spa treatment and early use of all inclusive. Great food choice. The steak restaurant and food truck are amazing. Direct access to our favourite beach Cala Grasio. Lovely entertainment during the day at the pool. If the main pool gets too noisy there are 3 others that are totally chilled. So depressed to be home from this place . We will be bs k for sure x

A great stay at TRS. Nice facilities and restaurants excellent. Rooms really clean and spacious with nice extras and serviced well. Overall we had a fantastic stay here. Everything was above average and the food was incredible. Nice atmosphere around pool when the Dj came on. The hotel itself is in a great location out of the Ibiza madness but close enough to walk / short taxi. Stand outs: -food at restaurants -room -cleaning level -hotel facilities Looking forward to another trip in 2025.

Jennifer and Paula , butler team, amazing. They were always there with a smile, willing to assist us with our requests and effective in solving challenges. Gaucho restaurant 5/5 , Helios restaurant 5/5 . Excellent all-inclusive vacation experience.

TRS was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. However, I wish the pool stayed open later.

  During our 8-day stay, we booked the suite with a terrace and jacuzzi again. The room was perfect and cleaned to a high standard with the mini bar being replenished every 3 days. We also noticed some improvements since our last visit in May. However, our stay took a downward turn when corporate clients arrived. Unfortunately, the majority of them were rude. It's common for hotels to host corporate events out of season in Ibiza, but it would be helpful if the hotel could inform potential guests about these events before booking. Another suggestion would be to keep a window open for a couple of days solely for these types of events.

This is the third year myself and partner have stayed at TRS to treat ourselves end of season. Amazing service, staff and value for money. Beautiful views and pool. Highly recommend.
