Hyatt Regency Lanzhou: A female college student's favorite I started my journey to the northwest by staying at the Hyatt Regency Lanzhou, my first time staying at a Hyatt hotel. In my past experiences, the service here was excellent, and it left a deep impression on me, just like the Regent Chongqing. It is one of my top choices. Its affordable price makes it a great example of a high-quality hotel with excellent service in Lanzhou. The Hyatt Regency Lanzhou is located in the city center of Lanzhou, in the Chengguan District, next to the Yellow River. It has a great location, and it is easy to get around. Before the car even stopped, the concierge was already walking up to greet me. As soon as I stepped onto the land of Lanzhou, the ice water handed to me was like a cool greeting, bringing comfort and refreshment to the hot summer day. The concierge was warm and attentive, asking if I needed my luggage delivered to my room. Every time I came in and out, the friendly greetings made me feel at home. The deluxe twin room I stayed in was a basic room type, but it surprised me. The walk-in closet was small, but it met my basic needs. Looking out the window, the cityscape of Lanzhou and the rolling mountains complemented each other. The grandeur was different from the gentle beauty of the southern mountains and rivers, with a unique and majestic beauty. The room had plenty of water, with eight bottles of regular water and two bottles of ice water when I got out of the car, showing the hotel's generosity. Recently, the drinks in the mini bar were free, with two bottles each of Coke, Sprite, and Fanta. The old Lanzhou yogurt in the fridge was a real treat, with a unique flavor that was intoxicating. I immediately decided to buy some to send home and share with my family. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, with the unique feature that all the restaurants were halal, which was very convenient for Hui friends. When I entered the breakfast area, I swiped my card, and the staff led me to a seat. If I wanted a window seat, they would do their best to accommodate me. The wide variety of food was fresh and tempting, and the fruit was sweet and juicy. Even during peak dining hours, the crowds did not diminish my satisfaction with the breakfast. The Hyatt Regency Lanzhou's high-quality service painted a beautiful picture of the Hyatt Group in my mind, and it made me look forward to exploring more Hyatt hotels in the future.
