London | Newly opened Sichuan food near Angel

After work on a weekday, I went to Angel with friends for dinner, and this Chinese restaurant absolutely wowed me. Even though I can’t handle spicy food, I loved their chili oil dishes! Salt and Pepper Squid 🦑 The squid was incredibly fragrant. Stir-fried with onions and green peppers, it was full of flavor. Refreshing Mushrooms The addition of cilantro was a perfect touch, and the mushrooms were so smooth and tender. Mouthwatering Chicken Served with bamboo shoots at the bottom and enhanced with fragrant chili oil, the chicken was tender and not tough at all – absolutely amazing! Grilled Fish The fish was freshly fried to a crispy crust with a tender inside. Paired with broccoli, lotus root, yuba, and other veggies, the flavors layered beautifully, making it perfect with rice.
