Jiggly Pancakes At Takagi Coffee

#wecreate My family and I love hanging out at Takagi Coffee on the first floor of 100AM mall. Takagi coffee originated from Japan and it is one of the cafes serving great coffee, where you can choose your types of coffee beans and origins. My kids, on the other hand, love their specialty pancakes. These pancakes are made on the spot, upon ordering and they are soft, fluffy and jiggle when it is served to you. We would always order their original 4 pieces of pancakes, which comes with whipped cream, butter and we would add on an additional scoop of vanilla ice cream. Every table has a bottle of maple syrup where you can pour over your pancakes. The pancakes are really delicious and it is the softest and most fluffy I have eaten. I would highly recommend takagi cafe as a great high tea place or even a dessert place. Just take note that seating may be limited since it's a small cafe.
