The #consensual #patent is a special form of #patentprotection in Bosnia and Herzegovina, regulated by the #Patent #Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH). The main feature of a #consensualpatent is that it is granted without a full examination of the patent application, i.e., based on public consensus. This consensus is reflected in the fact that the application for the grant of a consensual patent is published in the Official Gazette of the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH and that no objections have been filed against the application within the legally prescribed period. The process of granting a consensual patent in Bosnia and Herzegovina is definitely #faster and #simpler compared to the procedure for protecting an invention through a “classic” patent. This is because no substantive examination of patentability conditions is conducted during the process, i.e., the novelty, inventive level, and industrial applicability of the invention are not examined. Dana 01.11.2024. godine, na Domu naroda Parlamenta Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, nakon prethodnog usvajanja od strane Predstavničkog doma Parlamenta Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, usvojen je Prijedlog zakona o unutrašnjoj trgovini. Zakon je 06.11.2024. godine objavljen u Službenim novinama FBiH, tako da isti stupa na snagu 14.11.2024. godine. Novi Zakon o unutrašnjoj trgovini FBiH donesen je u procesu usklađivanja zakonodavstva sa propisima Evropske unije, a njime se, između ostalog, uređuju uslovi i način obavljanja trgovine i trgovinskih usluga, prava i obaveze trgovaca, oblici trgovine, način formiranja i isticanja cijena, trgovačka evidencija, praćenje trgovine i tržišta, zaštita potrošača, zabrana ograničenja trgovine i privremene mjere ograničenja trgovine, radno vrijeme u djelatnosti trgovine, mjere zabrane nepoštenog trgovanja, nadzor i upravne mjere, upravni i inspekcijski nadzor nad primjenom ovog zakona, kao i druga pitanja od značaja za obavljanje trgovine na teritoriji Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine.
