HIRING MERN BASED Technical Lead role at Zentexx, an IT firm or startup based in Chittagong: Job Title: Technical Lead Location: Chittagong, Bangladesh (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: • Database Design & Implementation: Design and implement efficient, scalable database schemas that support business needs and data integrity. • Query Optimization & Indexing: Optimize MongoDB queries and indexing to ensure high performance and scalability across large datasets. • Data Integrity, Security & Scalability: Ensure that the database system maintains data integrity, adheres to security best practices, and is scalable to handle growth. • Backup & Recovery Strategies: Plan and implement comprehensive database backup and disaster recovery strategies to minimize data loss and downtime. • Database Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor database performance, proactively resolving bottlenecks and improving efficiency. • Agile Development Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment, contributing to iterative sprints and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Required Skills and Experience • 1 to 3 years experience • Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or in a similar leadership role. • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and modern web technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js). • Experience in system design and architecture, including microservices or monolith architectures. • Previous experience leading Agile teams, delivering software in iterative sprints. • Experience in building or managing fintech products. • Knowledge of performance tuning, system optimization, and load balancing strategies. • Experience in managing databases and optimizing NoSQL systems like MongoDB.
