The first day of the ANNA General Meeting has come to an end. As part of today’s agenda, we had two more presentations: - Update on ANNA subsidiaries, delivered by Emma Kalliomaki - ANNA Managing director, highlighting their progress and current activities. - ANNA Service Bureau - Status, presented by Stephan Dreyer - ANNA Managing director and Darren Purcell senior director of CUSIP Global Services representing ASB operators, providing updates on ASB operations. We look forward to continuing programm tomorrow!

ANNA General Meeting is continuing with critical agenda items. Today’s sessions also included: - Breakout session: CFI assignment harmonisation, moderated by Sarah Tarawneh - Board member of ANNA Management Body, where participants engaged in discussions on CFI assignment. - Presentations on ANNA financials, delivered by Slawomir Zajac - Treasurer of ANNA Management Body. Following Slawomir’s presentations, members reviewed and accepted the proposed resolutions related to ANNA’s financials.

We are pleased to announce that the ANNA General Meeting has officially begun in Warsaw, Poland. The meeting, which runs until 4th December, brings together ANNA members and partners from around the world. The event opened with a warm introduction by Torsten Ulrich Chair of the ANNA Management Body. Participants were also welcomed by the host, Mr. Maciej Trybuchowski, President of the Management Board, KDPW SA. An insightful presentation was delivered by Mr. Paweł Widawski, President of Fintech Poland, who shared perspectives on Poland’s financial innovation landscape. Key topics discussed included compliance, internal rules, applications for partnerships, and full membership requests. We are delighted to announce that, following a vote, the following countries have been granted full ANNA membership: • Algeria • Botswana • El Salvador • Honduras • Jamaica • Macao • Maldives • Nicaragua • United Arab Emirates (DIFC) • Zambia Torsten Ulrich also provided an overview of the Ordinary General Meeting action items for June 2024. The program continued with a detailed review of organizational growth, presented by Laura Stanley We look forward to the fruitful discussions and strategic decisions. Stay tuned for further updates.

The closing session of “ANNA Meets the Market” features a panel discussion on the Growth and Evolution of ANNA, addressing future challenges and opportunities in the financial ecosystem. As part of “ANNA meets the market” we are pleased to feature an engaging presentation on ISIN:DTI Standards Solutions for Digital Assets delivered by Denis Dounaev - Product owner at DTI. This presentation provided valuable insights into the past, present and future of ISIN and DTI standards working together.

Panel Discussion: ISIN-LEI Mapping – Benefits of Implementation As part of the “ANNA Meets the Market” event, we are hosting an engaging panel discussion on ISIN-LEI Mapping and its benefits for the financial market. The session features panelists from ANNA members and partners: - Agnieszka Zagrodzka (Euronext Dublin, Ireland) - Dr. Seven İpek (Takasbank - İstanbul Takas ve Saklama Bankası A.Ş., Turkey) - Marc Honegger (SIX Financial Information, Switzerland) The panel is moderated by Uwe Meyer - Executive Director & Secretariat of ANNA, guiding the conversation to highlight the advantages of joining ISIN-LEI mapping initiative in promoting transparency, accuracy and efficiency in the financial markets.

We are delighted to share that the “ANNA meets the market”, is underway. The meeting was officially opened by Torsten Ulrich, Chair of ANNA Management Body. Following the opening, Mr. Maciej Trybuchowski, President of the Management Board, Grupa KDPW, delivered a warm and thoughtful welcome speech, wishing everyone a fruitfull discussion and idea exchange Mr. Tomasz Bardziłowski, President of the Management Board, Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), gave an engaging keynote speech on the strategic development directions of the GPW Group for 2025–2027, offering valuable insights into the future of the financial market. The session continued with a detailed presentation by Mr. Michael Lukac, Director of Client Relations Department, KDPW SA, on The Role of KDPW in the Post-Trade Landscape of the Polish Financial Market, providing a comprehensive overview of the institution’s vital role. These speeches and presentations laid a strong foundation for the meaningful discussions and exchanges of ideas to follow throughout the event. We have issued new XT ISINs and a number of new security token ISINs with corresponding DTIs. ANNA is creating the XT ISIN with a core aim to support a transparent, compliant and efficient financial market structure.
