Today we participate to the Verdantix Sustainable Supply Chain Summit in Brussels. And Bruno Van Steenberghe (Chief Dream Officer of KALANI-home & and Head of Sustainability of B&C Collection) was invited to talk in the first panel of the day with Oscar German from Oritain and Ermis Panagiotopoulos from Indorama Ventures, and the moderator Elisa Molero Hidalgo from Verdantix about : Navigating the Symbiotic Relationship Between Supply Chain & Sustainability to Ensure Compliance, Guarantee Resiliency & Achieve Commercial Success. With a focus on : * Managing increased complexity in supply chain operations given the impact of varied SBTi targets and uncertainties about sustainability regulations (CSDDD, CSRD, German Supply Chain Act, EUDR etc.). * Understanding the opportunities to use supplier data to showcase sustainability achievements, adhere to regulations and meet targets. * Anticipating the overarching geopolitics and customer requests that may disrupt supply chain bases and sustainability policies.
