Reimagining Real Estate: Key Insights from Industry Leaders Yesterday, we gained incredible insights from the keynotes at our first 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥: 🔹 Jean-Nicolas Montrieux (Executive Committee, Unibra) highlighted the importance of integrating sustainability, digital innovation, and adaptive spaces to ensure lasting value and meet evolving environmental goals. 🔹 Rémy Robijns (CIT Blaton) emphasized pragmatic innovation in construction, advocating for minimalist systems and advanced tools like BIM 5D to build smarter, more efficient spaces. 🔹 Roger Missault (National Real Estate Segment Manager, Schneider Electric): Envisioned buildings as sustainable, people-centric ecosystems powered by electrification and digitalization to ensure long-term impact. 🔹 Suzy Denys (Country Manager, PATRIZIA) shared PATRIZIA SE's strategy to focus on smart technologies, sustainability, and tenant-centric solutions while addressing the challenges of ROI and market fragmentation. Wood Hub is a wooden office building that combines a prefabricated hybrid structure of wood and concrete, a smart energy management system without fossil fuels, and certifications of BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, and Taxonomy aligned. 🏢 ⭐ The project is a collaboration between BPI Real Estate and CFE and covers 7,300 m² of office space.  Sandra Gottcheiner, Development & Innovation Director at BPI Real Estate, emphasized the value of incorporating proptech solutions and leveraging the fresh perspectives of the younger generation to drive innovation and reduce the building's carbon footprint—and we couldn’t agree more. We had an amazing time organizing the AI & Built World Masterclass for Colliers! Yesterday, we hosted a 'Lunch and Learn' session, where we updated the team on the latest trends and innovations—all while the team members could still enjoy their lunch. 🍽 Our discussion on AI highlighted its potential as a powerful tool for automating processes and addressing sustainability and efficiency when applied appropriately. The session was brief and packed with information, but we hope the team can keep this critical conversation going!
