Each year, we at B.I.G. conduct a global Engagement Survey to gather feedback from colleagues worldwide and improve our Beaulieu workplace. And there’s more! Just like last year, we link the number of survey participants to a well-thought-out sustainability project. Thanks to the high participation this year, we’re able to restore 25 hectares of degraded land and support reforestation projects in Namibia, Senegal, and Burkina Faso, in partnership with Lignaverda. As an added bonus, Lignaverda is offering us the chance to send one colleague to the Cycling for the Climate event, where we can witness the impact of our reforestation efforts firsthand. Over 120 colleagues from around the world took part in this special challenge, and the lucky winner is… Gillis Beun, Business Development Manager at Beaulieu Fibres International. “I’m absolutely thrilled! Reforestation, Africa, and mountain biking are three things that are a perfect fit for me!
