  • What a fantastic initiative from John Hancock! Earning an Apple Watch just by being more active—how motivating is that? It’s such a great example of how you can inspire healthier habits in a fun and engaging way. At Bevoy, we strongly believe in this approach too. We’ve developed a similar concept, but tailored specifically for the workplace. Colleagues can earn Lifecoins by being active, meditating, or contributing to a better work environment. This includes sharing feedback, joining fun challenges, learning about well-being topics, or connecting through communities and informal meetups. The best part? These Lifecoins can be exchanged for meaningful rewards. At some companies, this means gift cards for Amazon or Airbnb, at others extra holidays or donations to charities. And it works! Colleagues feel more motivated, absenteeism drops, and employers see the impact directly. Initiatives like this inspire us to keep integrating well-being into daily life, helping everyone thrive—both personally and professionally. 🙌

John Hancock, een Amerikaanse verzekeraar, heeft een programma waarmee je een Apple Watch Series 10 kan verdienen door simpelweg genoeg te bewegen. 🏃 Klanten met het Vitality Plus-pakket betalen een instapkost van $25 (+ btw), en de rest van het bedrag wordt gespreid over 24 maanden. Maar als je voldoende actief blijft, kunnen die maandelijkse betalingen zelfs helemaal wegvallen. Extra beweging levert niet alleen een (bijna) gratis Apple Watch op, maar kan ook zorgen voor kortingen op je levensverzekering. The results are amazing: • 🚶♀️ Over 68 million steps taken • 🚴 More than 34,000 kilometers cycled • 🏋️ Over 100,000 minutes of workouts completed KLA employees have wholeheartedly engaged in team challenges such as walking, biking, exercising, meditating, and delving into content on healthy habits, stress management, financial well-being, connectedness, and much more. Here are five strategies to seamlessly integrate physical activity into your busy workday: 1. Walking Meetings: Swap the boardroom for a brisk walk. Walking meetings are great for one-on-ones or small groups. They boost creativity and are a breath of fresh air, literally!
