By open-sourcing Unity Catalog and supporting end-to-end lineage from ingest to endpoint, Databricks keeps proving to be cutting-edge ⚡️. 🔍 Zero EL with Federated queries. No more stitching tools together, this allows data engineers to go back to the core of their job 👨💻. 🔍 From AI to DI. Data Intelligence is the new buzzword and it is exciting! The AI Assistant in SQL = cool and Databricks SQL now provides AI functions 🧠. 👉🏻 Warning! Don't use it to calculate the perfect next pass of a player at Ajax. He is more capable then your AI model will make you think 😉. All jokes aside, the team had a blast! And this is only a tip of the Iceberg (yes, pun intended 📌 – now that they support it) 😜. Dankzij de BI-tools kunnen bedrijven klaar zijn voor de toekomst en voldoen aan de nieuwe eisen rond CO₂-emissierapportages. 💡 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝘀 (𝗣𝗼𝗖’𝘀): Er werden tijdens het project twee sterke PoC’s uitgevoerd die tonen hoe BI-oplossingen bedrijven ondersteunen: Bij Altrea Logistics Group werd een CO₂-dashboard ontwikkeld dat datagedreven inzichten biedt voor een duurzame strategie en rapportage. ODTH First Class Logistics gebruikte BI om beter inzicht te krijgen in de kosten en opbrengsten van warehousingactiviteiten. 🎤 Een woord van dank: Een enorme dank aan alle projectdeelnemers die betrokken waren bij BILOG! Samen hebben we een belangrijke stap gezet om bedrijven te helpen met het implementeren van slimme en efficiënte oplossingen voor datagedreven besluitvorming.
