Congratulations to our CEUSTERS retail agency team for securing a fun and sportive lease deal : Sparkx Belgium is opening its second sport and adventure park of 4,800 sqm in Ghent ! With this step, we are making significant progress in the transition to fully electric mobility and building a fleet with a lower environmental impact. Excellent news ! CEUSTERS is the largest Belgian Property Manager in 2024 and even strengthens this position compared to last year thanks to some new management mandates. This is evident from the Property Management 2024 dossier published by Expertisenews.be. In the overall ranking, CEUSTERS is in an undisputed 2nd place with a market share of 14% behind an international PM company. In the management of retail real estate, we confirm our market leadership with a market share of 36.6%, and we are also in the top 3 in the management of industrial real estate (12.5% market share). A great result thanks to the efforts of all (62) colleagues active in property management, both at the head office itself and in the shopping centers, retail parks, and our offices in Brussels, Ghent, and Hasselt. Some local traditions need to be kept alive ! Like the visit of Saint Nicholas on December 6th bringing sweets and presents for all the good children .... and the hardworking colleagues 😉.  With this year's treat from Saint Nicholas we want to emphasize the importance of inclusion by supporting Onafhankelijk Leven vzw. Last summer a team of 10 brave CEUSTERS colleagues also joined the Urban Trail in Brussels as assistants for wheelchair-user Frank. Nieuwbouw bedrijvenpark STADSBEEMD (Halen, Limburg) in verkoop! CEUSTERS werd aangesteld voor de verkoop van het nieuwe bedrijvenpark STADSBEEMD te Halen. Het kmo-project ligt aan de E314 tussen Leuven en Lummen en in de directe nabijheid van Diest en Herk-de-Stad. Dit gloednieuwe project telt (fase 1) 31 KMO-units met oppervlaktes van 100 m² tot 425 m², met de mogelijkheid deze samen te voegen. De kopunits zullen voorzien worden van grote raampartijen en kunnen dienen als showroom met kantoor- en opslagruimte. Het project werd vergund en uitvoerbaar verklaard door gemeente Halen.
