The opening ceremony set an inspiring tone with powerful speeches from Ms. PANADDA KONGMA, Vice President of Business at VNU Asia Pacific, who welcomed the global cybersecurity community, and Mr. Puripan Bunnag, Senior Vice President of TCEB, who highlighted Thailand’s role as a leader in driving international partnerships. Mr. Atul Kumar, Director of Data Security Council of India (DSCI), emphasized the need for cross-border collaboration, while AVM AVM Amorn Chomchoey, Secretary-General of NCSA, stressed the importance of strengthening digital resilience across the region.
