🌟 Diving into Manon's World: Our Quality Intern at Dog Chef! 🌟 We had the pleasure of chatting with Manon, our quality intern, to learn more about her enriching experience at Dog Chef. Here's a glimpse into her journey and what she took away from her time with us. 👩🏫 Her role in a nutshell: Manon updated our HACCP plan to ensure quality at every stage of making meals for our furry friends. She also trained our operators on hygiene and manufacturing best practices, while playing detective with microbiological analyses. A true "cleanliness coach"! 🌟 What she enjoyed most: The training on Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices was her favorite project. It was her first time leading a training session, and she loved it! She gained confidence and appreciated that her presentations were well received. 🤝 The atmosphere at Dog Chef: From day one, Manon felt comfortable and well-integrated. Lunch breaks were perfect for casual chats with the whole team, including the production crew. 🛠️ Tools and skills: Our ERP, MES, and Slack were her daily allies. Manon deepened her knowledge of HACCP and risk analysis, while also improving her public speaking skills. 🔧 Challenges and pride: Every project brought its own set of challenges, but nothing insurmountable. Manon particularly recalls the satisfaction of receiving positive feedback from her training sessions. 💬 Recommendation: Manon highly recommends Dog Chef for students who love dogs & cats, small companies with strong values, and learning opportunities. At Dog Chef, we regularly organize activities that promote the well-being and cohesion of our team. We ensure to offer a variety of initiatives to satisfy all tastes and strengthen our corporate culture ✨ For the month of June, we chose to dedicate a few hours to an animal cause that is particularly close to our hearts 🐾 This enriching experience was an opportunity to strengthen our bonds in small groups while providing valuable support to a noble cause 💕 For an afternoon, the Dog Chef team Alix Legros Laly Bosdeveix Céline Soënen Melody Duarte Alexis d'Oultremont Sophie Heylbroeck Gabrielle DE SCHREVEL Lea Mangnay Manon Lorich Léa Legrain Laura Dinjart lent a helping hand at the shelter 👨🌾 The program included: putting the horses 🐴 in the pasture, sorting and preparing food for the pigs 🐷, pulling weeds 🌱, and of course, taking care of the animals 🐓🐐🐑 To end the afternoon on a high note, they had a chance to talk with Marie Kumps about the interventions, animal care, and the realities on the ground: a moment of sharing and awareness 🥰 "Le Rêve d'Aby" is a Belgian association that has been fighting for animal protection since 2012. The shelter takes in farm animals and horses. Le Rêve d'Aby is a large family composed of managers, caretakers, and numerous volunteers. Whether on the ground or behind the scenes, they do an amazing job, giving their time and energy for a cause they are passionate about and for a Dream they believe in 🙏 We are proud of our commitment and team spirit, and we will continue to promote actions that make a difference 🚀
