We are looking for a Lead Auditor based in Ahmedabad/Vadodara (Gujarat), #India. Anyone who has a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline, preferably in Food Science, along with a Lead Auditor course certification in FSMS, FSSC, QMS, or an equivalent. A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, technical roles, and audits, preferably with a CB company, is required. Other requirements: Understand impartiality in certification activities and the process of independent action (e.g., informing authorities, accreditation bodies, stakeholders). Demonstrate management expertise, leadership, and decision-making. Review technical manager's decisions on certification/verification. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders (e.g., Impartiality Committee, Directors). Ensure timely updates of qualifications, competency, and completion of training, calibration meetings, audits, and approvals.
