The Panel’s speakers were: - Reyer Will – MAGPIE Project Manager; - Jorge d’Almeida – DYNAPORT Project Manager; - Elisabete Arsénio – ADMIRAL Project Manager from LNEC. This debate focused on the European projects that are at the forefront of the European port energy transition. The MAGPIE project has the ambition to force a breakthrough in the supply and use of green energy carriers in transport to, from and within ports. The DYNAPORT project that aims to develop new optimization and coordination tools for ports and ships that both reduce the ship’s fuel consumption and increases port efficiency and the ADMIRAL project, that seeks to develop and pilot AI-driven solutions for managing logistics supply chains, including related missions to reduce transport and logistics emissions and increase transparency, resilience of logistics supply chains, and stakeholder cooperation.
