“As a female, to be accepted you need to be at least twice as good.” Have you ever felt like your qualifications were questioned, even when you’ve earned your place? This is a reality for many senior women leaders, as shared in our 2025 research paper on boardroom inclusion. The stories reveal how women often face doubts about their competence, even after years of success. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Our research offers actionable steps to build boardrooms that recognise expertise and foster trust. 📢 Want to learn how to break these barriers? We’d love to see you at our upcoming event, “How to move from quota compliance to commitment”, on 5 March 2025 at 5 PM CET. Sign up here: https://lnkd.in/ew6w8ipC

How can we help more women rise to leadership — and stay there? At our recent event, “Overcoming leadership challenges: Strategies for women rising to the top,” one key message stood out: Getting a seat at the table isn’t enough. Women leaders need the right support to grow and succeed. We discussed how networks, leadership turnover, and company culture affect women’s careers. As Dr. Randall S. Peterson pointed out, diversity isn’t just about having a great photo: it’s about real opportunities that last. A special thank you to Rose Cartolari, Founder of RC Consulting, for joining us to moderate this event, and to everyone who shared their expertise.
