🌊🐟 [DEJEUNER DEBAT] - Mardi, le CIPA et la FFA (Fédération Française d’Aquaculture) ont organisé un déjeuner débat réunissant des parlementaires et des professionnels de la filière sur le thème : « Filière aquacole française à la veille du projet de loi agricole : Comment renforcer le potentiel de production et mettre en avant des produits d’excellence ? » . . 🔹 Un secteur d’avenir entre passion, innovation et excellence… La pisciculture en France, qu’il s’agisse de truite ou d’esturgeon, incarne un savoir-faire ancestral, renforcé par des innovations constantes et un engagement fort en matière de qualité et de respect de l’environnement. 🌱 La filière piscicole française dispose d’un potentiel unique et reconnu ! 🔹 … Mais face à un déséquilibre commercial et à des freins à son développement. Elle souffre d’une balance commerciale totalement déséquilibrée, malgré l’appétence des consommateurs français, bien loin des objectifs de souveraineté alimentaire des derniers plans de développement et rapports en la matière… En effet, environ 82% des produits aquatiques consommés en France sont importés ! . . L’occasion pour les professionnels de diffuser leurs deux vidéos institutionnelles pédagogiques sur la filière de la truite et sur celle de l’esturgeon, ainsi que d’échanger avec les parlementaires sur les atouts, les obstacles et les demandes concrètes des professionnels ! Ces débats ont permis de souligner l'importance d'un soutien politique accru de l'État pour garantir la croissance et la compétitivité de la filière piscicole française 🇫🇷💪 afin de conquérir enfin une part de notre souveraineté alimentaire en matière de produits piscicoles respectueux de l’environnement et du bien-être animal !   . . .
