On Tuesday, December 17, and Wednesday, December 18, Envolve Entrepreneurship hosted representatives from all consortium partners of FU-TOURISM project in Thessaloniki, Greece. The two-day workshop brought together insights, collaboration, and concrete planning to accelerate innovation and sustainability in tourism across Europe. 🔹 Key Discussions and Achievements: Project Progress and Updates: A comprehensive review of the project, including achievements so far and upcoming milestones. 1st Open Call: 📍Analyzed the number of current draft applications and submitted applications, and developed a plan for moving forward. 📍Discussed Business Support Programme (BSP) services, including workshops, mentoring, and tools to empower participating SMEs. 2nd Open Call: Defined promotion strategies and outlined actions to maximize participation ahead of 2025. Ecosystem Creation: 📍Identified key stakeholders at national and EU levels. 📍Developed plans for local clusters to foster resilience and sustainable transitions in tourism. Impact Measurement: Reviewed existing KPIs and provided guidance to ensure milestones are met and exceeded through 2025.
