What an inspiring day of team building last Friday! 🎨👣 In the morning, we joined forces to recreate a vibrant Keith Haring art piece, symbolizing our commitment to collaboration and creativity. Working together on this project truly reflected the power of teamwork! 💪 In the afternoon, we explored the beautiful city of Antwerp with a fun twist—navigating through some well-crafted fake news! On the one hand you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our full-service projects which includes not only management of the Clinical Operations part, but also of medical writing, regulatory activities, data management, statistics, pharmacovigilance, medical monitoring, … On the other hand you’ll lead a team of (currently) 8 CRAs. You are responsible for selection, onboarding, training and coaching of our CRAs. You’ll work closely together with our Clinical Operations Manager and QA Coordinator for further optimalisation of our processes. What can you expect?
