The international potato fair showcased once again the strength of the Belgian potato sector. Belgium is a global leader in the potato sector, known for its innovation, expertise, and sustainable practices. They have built a robust foundation that continues to drive growth, but what can be seen is that the best is yet to come! During the afternoon, a vibrant panel discussion took place, expertly moderated by Christophe Vermeulen (FVPhouse). Panelists Jan de Keyser (BNP Paribas), Marc Van Herreweghe (Clarebout Potatoes NV), Imca Sampers (representing VEG-i-TEC), and Hans Muyshondt (Pomuni) engaged in an inspiring exchange of ideas about the future of our industry.
