This year marked a milestone with the 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗣𝗖𝗢𝗠'𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 , highlighting our growth and transformation. We want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance throughout this busy year. A special thank you goes out to all our local companies for their continued hard work and trust. Your commitment has been invaluable to our success.   Last week, the IPCOM HQ team gathered to celebrate our achievements. After an insightful update from our CEO, we enjoyed the festive atmosphere of Ghent, taking time to appreciate the season and the collective success we’ve shared.   As we move forward together into 2025, we are excited for the opportunities and challenges it will bring. We are committed to making the year 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿, continuing to grow and succeed together. Wishing everyone a peaceful holiday season and a happy new year. 🎄✨

IPCOM announces acquisition of Area Cooling Solutions Area Cooling Solutions, with its Headquarter in Spain and operations in Poland, is a distributor of HVAC-R components and associated equipment for industrial and commercial applications. The company was founded in Barcelona in 1986. Starting in 1995, it has expanded its operations in Poland. Presently, the company operates from 2 depots, delivering products and providing services to OEM customers across the whole of Europe. “Expanding our market share in the wider Refrigeration and HVAC sector is a strategic priority for the development of the IPCOM Group. It is our ambition to move towards offering a broad range of energy efficient solutions for installers, asset owners and OEM customers. Furthermore, it’s clear that Area Cooling Solutions have developed strong digital capabilities. 🌟 𝗜𝗣𝗖𝗢𝗠 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗼 🌟 As our group continues to grow, it becomes even more important to come together, share insights, and strengthen our collaboration. At our recent Senior Management Meeting in Bergamo, we did just that! A big thank you to TESPE SRL - ITALY for hosting this inspiring event and giving us a glimpse into their operations. These moments of connection help us learn from each other and keep moving forward together—toward a future of innovation, growth, and partnership.

This year has been monumental for IPCOM. So far this year, 7 companies became part of our business unit ISOPARTNER, 2 joined our High Temperature division INSULCON and we started in a new segment (with RSL). All these transactions have helped IPCOM to further strengthen its position as Europe’s leading distributor and converter of Technical Insulation. Fitting perfectly in our mission to be the preferred partner for our customers and suppliers. It was certainly a HUGE TEAM EFFORT. Especially since these 10 companies are based in 7 different countries. Almost always, we get in contact with the owners through our own senior managers. All of whom have a very strong network in our industry. People like: Patrick RBA Noppen, Steven Renney, Gert Jan De Koning, Ignacio Aspe Pareja-Obregón, Paudie Gillen, Botond Kőrösi and many more. Then “Team Melle” takes over, coordinated by Giulio Bruttini, Kristof Vermeulen and Luc De Busscher. With our marketing “A-Team” arranging all communications. On top of that, we have the full support from Astorg. A fantastic partner for us, with Benjamin Cordonnier, Nicolas Marien and Adrien Celdran as our key contacts. A BIG THANKS to all people involved! IPCOM acquires Technicas - Technical Insulation & Fire Protection Technicas, based between Brussels and Antwerp, has been operating since 1992 as a distributor of technical insulation products and employs 17 people. They have a very experienced team that can meet the most demanding requirements for technical insulation products and accessories. “Technicas is well known in Belgium for their excellent service to installers and contractors, especially in the HVAC-segment. Furthermore they are specialized in Passive Fire Protection, which fits really well with IPCOM’s business model in many other European markets,” said Remco Boerefijn, CEO of the IPCOM Group. IPCOM strengthens its footprint in the French market by acquiring ARLY SAS   Arly S.A., based in Creil, France , was founded in the year 1990 by Mr. Sylvain Citton, who developed the company to a leading specialist distributor and converter of technical insulation products and custom designed solutions in the French Market. Arly is currently managed by Mr. Sylvain Citton and Mr. David Terrier and employs approx. 32 people. The company is an expert designer and converter of tailor-made thermal, acoustic, and fire insulation solutions.   "IPCOM made its first entry into the French market earlier in 2024 through the acquisition of Soliso Technologies SA and we are very proud to announce the extension of our footprint in the French market through the acquisition of Arly. The company’s DNA represents a perfect match to IPCOM’s values and culture as Arly is a customer oriented and solutions focused organization with an innovative mindset. IPCOM acquires J.S. MILLER DISTRIBUTION LIMITED   J.S. Miller, based near Leeds, has been operating since 1899 and incorporated since 1999 as a distributor of technical insulation products and employs 19 people. They have a very experienced team that can meet the most demanding requirements for specialist insulation products and accessories.   “J.S. Miller is an excellent distributor of technical insulation, with vast know-how and a passion for customer service. Dewi, Martyn and their team will continue to drive the business forward, with our support. This makes J.S. Miller a perfect addition to our ISOPARTNER business unit. Combining the strengths of J.S. IPCOM acquires Specialist Insulation Supplies Ltd   SIS, based North-East of London (UK), has been operating since 1962 as a distributor of technical insulation products and employs 11 people. They are well known for their first class service and advice, especially for the supply of insulation for pipework and ductwork.   "SIS represents a perfect strategic fit with IPCOM’s core business, our business unit called ISOPARTNER. This transaction underlines our ambition to continue our expansion strategy, also in the United Kingdom. IPCOM expands its footprint in northwestern Spain with the acquisition of GAISVEN. Gaisven, established 25 years ago and headquartered in Coruña, Spain, operates via three distribution centers — two in Coruña and one in Gijon. The company primarily serves heating, air conditioning, and insulation contractors in both the residential and non-residential markets. "We are delighted to welcome Gaisven to the IPCOM Group. Gaisven's strong market presence and experienced team will be invaluable in further expanding our business and further strengthening our position in the Spanish market for HVAC equipment and insulation," said Remco Boerefijn, CEO of the IPCOM Group.
