Our recent poll on security testing practices has concluded. https://lnkd.in/dVTDeMf4 The results highlight an important takeaway: The team’s primary focus is on functional vulnerabilities (58%), indicating that they see the biggest risks in flaws related to application logic, insecure implementations, or improper security controls. Internal & external threats (21%) and access control gaps (16%) are also areas of concern, though to a lesser extent, suggesting that while threat actors and authorization issues are recognized risks, they are not the top priority. OS & platform weaknesses (5%) are the least emphasized, possibly because they are considered lower-risk or already well-managed.
