Proud to showcase one of the coolest projects I’ve been a part of. The Refinery at the Domino Sugar Factory Site in Brooklyn. Occupying the 9th floor, this revolutionary build features 46 custom-designed private offices, making it one of the largest, fully modular projects of its kind. It also illustrates modern construction methods, highlighting the benefits of adaptative architecture and modular design while showcasing the potential for quick buildouts— with work completed in under a month. The Refinery at Domino is a 19th-century landmark that has been transformed into an architectural masterpiece. The building that once produced more than a million pounds of sugar a day now consists of Class A office space set within the historic brick façade. It is the focal point of an 11-acre mixed-use development complex along the South Williamsburg waterfront that will include 200,000 square feet of community and commercial space; 600,000 square feet of office space; 2,800 apartments; and 6 acres of parkland, which is part of Domino Park.
