What happens when you pause the assembly line to reflect, rebuild, and connect? Inspiration Week happens 💫 In the past, our end-of-year focus was strategy—looking forward and setting goals. This year, we focused on something even bigger: Inspiration. At the BliekFabriek, we disassembled 2024—connecting as a global team, learning from each other, and celebrating through team-led sessions, product demos, and hearing from Loop's (extremely cool) customers. Oh and who could forget the debut performance from the Loop Jam Band 🎶 We then reassembled —putting the gears back together with fresh clarity and energy. Hearing from our founders and leadership, we mapped out the blueprint for an exciting new chapter. Thank you to every Looper who fuelled this incredible week and to Mischief Makers B.V. for helping bring our vision to life. What a year it's been! From ear-mazing moments to new products, 2024 was music to our ears! Who's ready to make more noise (the quiet kind) in 2025? We are! 🙌

Sometimes, sheep happens 🐑 Especially when you're in the middle of the workday and suddenly need to find a field for a flock... That's exactly what happened when our Strategic Insights team decided to swap their usual team-building activities for sheep herding. Michiel, our Senior Strategic Insights Manager, had the 'ewe-nique' idea to try something out of the box:    "It really brought the team together – you need to communicate and work as a team while herding sheep through a small gate."    Toby, our Customer Happiness Specialist and first-time herder, added: "It pushed our problem-solving skills to the next level – something we've brought back to our everyday work. It was baa-rilliant!"    An unorthodox team-building activity that was shear genius 🙌 #lifeatloop #teambuilding
