We have successfully passed an assessment together with our partner Orbid, in which we evaluated our implementation and documentation of 117 cybersecurity measures as prescribed by the Cybersecurity Center Belgium (CCB). In response to the increasing number of cyber-attacks, it's essential to strengthen cybersecurity across Europe. At Lybover, we've developed a comprehensive security roadmap. Our key focus areas include ✅raising cybersecurity awareness, ✅thoroughly documenting all existing procedures,  ✅aligning our information security policies with NIS2 standards, ✅and implementing state of the art technical measures. We continue to invest in a robust, cloud-based infrastructure to ensure that all critical functions are securely accessible remotely. Lybover BULK recently installed a more efficient reclaimer for Yara, a global leader in nitrogen-based fertilizers and industrial chemicals. This project showcases our expertise as machine builders. We started by creating a 3D scan of the environment to precisely determine where the reclaimer should eject the product. Then, we designed the machine from scratch, including all necessary components like an intake hopper with a crusher to prevent clumping, an extraction belt, an elevator, and a discharge belt. All of this is mounted on a driven chassis with corresponding controls. The result? Ready for final acceptance! Another custom solution by Lybover AIR, ensuring clean air and safety in this production hall. Our team designed and installed a dust extraction system for a sawing and milling machine, part of a sandwich panel production line. Our solution? We first opted for a cyclone to filter out the heavy sawing and milling dust. Next, we integrated a self-cleaning VARIO 3 filter from our technology partner Keller Lufttechnik GmbH to remove the finer dust particles. No manual intervention is needed. The dust from both the cyclone and the filter is pneumatically transported to a container. The filtered air is then recirculated back into the production hall with heat recovery. Given the explosive nature of the dust, the filter is equipped with all necessary structural protection components in accordance with ATEX legislation. On Saturday, 8 February, we welcomed around 40 TAJO-youngsters to our Lybover site in Waregem.  TAJO vzw (Talent Atelier voor Jongeren) offers young people the chance to take their future into their own hands with practical workshops given by professionals from various professions. Inspired by the support our CEOs already give to TAJO, our own guest lecturers guided the participants through three hands-on workshops, exploring engineering and project realization. Thinking and doing – the best way to learn! Here's a glimpse of the workshops: 🔧 Eline Nobels and Lotte De Bruyne explained how to create a simple design using Tinkercad with a Lybover key ring as a memento to take home. 🌬️ Sander Dewolf and Robbe Delaere: demonstrated how to use air to separate a heavy fraction from a finer one by building a 2-stage filter, concluding with a visit to the air shower. ♻️ Lars Van Volsem and Ruben Denolf: emphasized the importance of recycling for a sustainable future, exploring what materials can be extracted from a car and how to sort them according to their properties.
