We are happy to announce that we have received the building permit for our project Motown Trone in the European quarter in Brussels. This beautiful project is designed by the famous Berlin architect Hans Kollhoff and landscape architect Landscape Design. The project draws his inspiration from the Great European Tradition as can be seen for instance in the Rue de Rivoli in Paris.

We are happy to announce that we have a final building permit for our project Motown Garden in Niel. After winning a developer’s competition and actively collaborating with the authorities, we are proud to announce that we have a building permit for 86 apartments in a beautiful park designed by Burogroen. The 7 buildings were designed by architects Hama and Rapp+Rapp.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 Motown Parc was imagined by the Portuguese architects André and Joanna Campos. Their first sketches show already the strength of their design. Together with our contractor Dherte and our local architect Marco Pizzuti from Alta, we have transformed a beautiful vision into a concrete and sustainable reality.
