We’re excited to announce our new collaboration with prestigious hospital az groeninge and MEDVIA to tackle childhood obesity through accessible, user-centered design solutions. Together, we’ll be developing an engaging tool to support children in staying active beyond the hospital environment, with a special focus on those facing obesity. Our goal is to create a solution that’s not only motivating but also easy to adopt, ensuring healthcare providers can seamlessly integrate it into their practice and offer valuable support to young patients. By emphasizing inclusivity and needs-led innovation, we aim to expand access to impactful healthcare solutions for all children who need them. In 2021, we began our collaboration with Bossuyt.Kitchen with an open question: how can we bring innovation to a highly traditional industry? Our answer together with people from Bossuyt is Ergo-Passe, a height-adjustable pass-through shelf. This innovation is designed to significantly ease the work of professional chefs and enhance ergonomics in commercial kitchens. Chefs can set the optimal height of the pass-through shelf to ensure they always work comfortably. With a simple push of a button, the height can be easily adjusted, ranging from a minimum of 92-95 cm to a maximum of 102-105 cm.
