It’s autumn time at Redebel, After a busy summer, this is not yet the time to have a rest ! Winter cereals and oilseed rapes are or will be sown soon, ideal time for the first herbicides trials. More and more resistant weeds are present and we can help you to find the best site to test your solutions. Thanks to our facilities, we also can study this issue in controlled conditions to screen collected seeds and herbicides efficacy. With our equipment we are able to sow a large range of crops and weeds. Working with seed breeders, we can sow large varieties’ platforms, manage seeds treatments trials and set up multi-weeds plots to screen your herbicides in field conditions. Need our support on your projects ? Do not hesitate to contact us ! w.falesse@redebel.com

Interested in evaluating the effect of your #additive on the droplet size distribution in a spray ? Tank-mix additives are designed to affect the physicochemical properties of the spray mixture, influencing the fluid stream’s breaking mechanism when passing through the nozzle, and thus modifying the droplet size distribution. To reduce spray #drift, you may need to increase the mean diameter of your droplets or avoid droplets below a certain size. At Redebel, our spray application bench allows us to compare different additives and their impact on the droplet size distribution. We employ a non-intrusive high-speed imaging-based method (shadowgraphy) to accurately quantify the effect of additives in tap water on the droplet sizes produced by agricultural flat-fan nozzles. Interested in learning more about our services? Contact Matthieu Dufey or email us at info@redebel.com for more information. Let’s enhance your spray application efficiency together!

🌿 As an agrochemical professional, DFR (Dislodgeable Foliar Residue) analysis is a crucial step in assessing pesticide safety. This method determines the amount of active ingredient residue present on crop leaves, and therefore the amount likely to end up on workers' skin or clothing. 🔬🍃This process requires great methodological rigor, both in the field when taking samples and during the "dislodging" part in the laboratory. Dislodging involves extracting residues from leaves using a washing solution, in order to assess the real risk to farmers, pickers and other exposed workers. 👨🔬En as an expert in the agrochemical field, #Redebel is proud to contribute to making pesticide use safer by conducting LLW trials in a professional and conscientious manner. The reliability of this data is essential to guarantee worker safety and product compliance for registration. #DFR #Safety #Agrochemistry #Pesticides #RiskAssessment

For 3 growing seasons, Redebel conducted a project to study the efficacy of biostimulants. In addition to strengthening our knowledge of these new products, new tools were created. Such is the case with our 12 mobile greenhouses on rails! They enable us to create water stress directly in the field! Irrigation allows us to deliver exactly the right amount of water to the crop. They can accommodate all types of crops and all types of trials: - Demonstrate the efficacy of a biostimulant in improving a crop's resistance to water stress - Study the efficacy of a herbicide in dry conditions - Study varietal sensitivity to drought - ... Do you have an idea? Don't hesitate to contact us to discuss how this tool can help you! ➡️ info@redebel.com #Redebel #GEP #Greenhouses
