We are excited to share the news that we have added a new company to our INZET portfolio: uPATCH uPATCH specializes in developing tools for Microneedle Array Patches (MAPs), which deliver drugs and vaccines through the skin via microneedles on a backing plate. MAPs provide advantages over traditional syringes, including pain-free self-administration, no refrigeration needed, and reduced biohazard waste. uPATCH has patented technology that ensures correct patch application, enhancing the effectiveness of drugs and vaccines. This innovation is gaining recognition from global health organizations, including the World Health Organization and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
